In the app
- Open Scrambies and sign in.
- Go to your profile, then Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
By email
Email support@scrambies.golf from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". If you write from a different address, we'll ask you to confirm it's you before we delete anything.
What we delete
- Your account and sign-in details
- Your profile, including your name, photo and handicap
- Your Clubhouse posts, comments and messages
- Location data and device notification tokens
- Your round history and stats that aren't part of a league or event
What we keep
- Scores from leagues and events you played in, with your name removed, so other players' standings and results stay correct
- Records we must keep by law, such as payment receipts, for as long as the law requires
- Copies in our backups, until those backups expire
How long it takes
We complete deletion requests within 30 days and email you when it's done.
